Position types

    (a) 2 permanent positions for lecturer /research assistant professor/ research associate professor;

    (b) 1 job position for research assistant secretary;

    (c) Always welcome postdocs and visiting scholars to our group;

    (d) Always welcome Ph.D and Master students to our group.

Responsibilities

For the type (a)

    1) Teaching for the undergraduate and graduate students;

    2) Conducting independent research for scientific/technical problems;

    3) Writing research paper and proposals;

    4) Supervising Ph.D or Master students.

For the type (b)

    1) Technical support and regulations in labs;

    2) Assistances in research project applications and relevant technical reports.

For the type (c)

    1) Independent research taking full use of facilities in our lab;

    2) Collaborative research projects and publications.

For the type (d)

    1) Conduct highly creative research work under supervisions;

    2) Solve one core scientific/technical problem from the Undo list.

Qualifications

For the type (a)

    1) Ph.D holders in Optics, Electronics, Physics, Materials or Fluids;

    2) Published at least 2 research articles on  highly impacted journals in the past 4 years;

    3) Be enthusiastic in original research and able to carry our research independently.

For the type (b)

    1) Bachelor degree or beyond in Science or Engineering;

    2) Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

For the type (c)

    1) Ph.D holders in Optics, Electronics, Physics, Materials or Fluids;

    2) Published at least 2 research articles on  highly impacted journals in the past 4 years;

    3) 2 recommendations from professors with high reputations.

For the type (d)

    1) Self-motivated;

    2) Honesty and faithful.
