Theme: Nanoimaging and nanofabrication: seeing at the nanometer scale (I)
About the workshop:
The workshop is organized by Professor Dai Zhang (Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, Germany) and Professor Jiyong Wang within the framework of a Sino-German Mobility programme. The workshop aims at promoting the scientific exchanges in the frontiers of nanospectroscopy and nanofabrication. Advances in understanding the fundamental mechanisms of optical resolution at the nanometer and Angstrom regime, novel simulation methods, and applications of these fundamental mechanisms are the main components. Furthermore, this workshop aims at promoting novel fabrication techniques which allow to reproduce the nano- or pico-scale environment for the near-field confinement, which deem to improve or open up new horizontal of the research topics in the field of nanooptics, nanofabrication and metasurfaces.
Topics:
Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
1) Nanofabrication and nanophotonic devices;
2) Nanophotonic microscopy and spectroscopy.
